Obituary for Celia Angelucci
Angelucci, Celia, 87 of Orient Heights East Boston, passed away on May 5, 2018 at the Don Orione Home.
Cherished daughter of of the late Assunto and Maria (Pompeo) Angelucci.
Dear sister of the late Gina Damiano and Primo Angelucci. As an adored aunt she is survived by her niece, Lisa (Damiano) Cutler and her nephew, Anthony P. Damiano and his wife, Marcia. She is also survived by five great nieces and 20 great great nephews and nieces.
Celia was born on September 2, 1930 in East Boston. She was the first in her family to graduate high school (East Boston High School). She was the family pianist. She loved people and was the main connecter and chronicler of family relationships. She is remembered as a professional seamstress and later an administrator of out-patient services at Massachusetts General Hospital for decades.
Family and friends will honor Celia’s life by gathering in Vazza’s “ Beechwood” Funeral Home, 262 Beach Street, REVERE on Monday, morning May 21, 2018 from 9:00AM to 11:00 followed by a service in our Chapel of the Resurrection at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery, Boston.
