Gilda A. (Giordano) Poto, 92 years of age, of Everett, formerly of Boston’s North End, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.

Beloved wife of the late Louis P. Poto Sr. Loving mother of Evelyn Bognanni and her husband Joseph, Louis P. Poto Jr. and Debbie Poto. Cherished grandmother of Joseph Bognanni, Gilda Picadacci and Nicholas Poto. Caring sister of the late Esther Pino and Carmen and Evelyn Giordano. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends will honor Gilda’s life by gathering in Vazza’s “Beechwood” Funeral Home, 262 Beach St. REVERE on Monday, March 5th from 4PM to 8PM and again at 9AM Tuesday morning before leaving in procession to St. Leonard Church on the corner of Prince and Hanover Streets in Boston’s North End for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated in her honor at 10:30AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden, MA.
