Mary Louise (Gleeson) Thompson, 82, of Conroe, TX, formerly of East Boston, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018.

Cherished daughter of the late Francis and Josephine (Cahill) Gleeson. Beloved wife of the late James Thompson. Loving mother of Donna Quigley, Linda Mastrangelo, Lu-Ann Wilson and her husband Mark and the late James Thompson. Adored grandmother of Thomas, Steven, Joseph, Anthony, Nicole and Shannon. Great-grandmother of Thomas, Allyssa and Aubrie. Caring sister of Joanne Candelora and Edward and William Gleeson and the late Teresa McQuiggan, Katherine Gleeson, Elaine Bates and Herbert, Thomas, Francis and Joseph Gleeson.

Family and friends will honor Mary’s life by gathering in Vazza’s “Beechwood” Funeral Home, 262 Beach St. REVERE on Tuesday, January 16th from 6PM to 8PM and again at 8:30AM Wednesday morning before leaving in procession to Sacred Heart Church in East Boston for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated in her name at 10AM. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett, MA.
